Yoga in the yoga room 'arlflow'

 

Inspired by the Mountain Yoga Festival extern, yoga is now practiced in St. Anton am Arlberg throughout the year. Our yoga room 'arlflow' extern, offers numerous lessons, and in different styles, for both beginners and advanced practitioners. In addition, children's yoga, meditations and relaxation sessions are also available. Our team of experienced teachers organize workshops and drop-in classes, according to the season. The ‘arlflow’ yoga room is located on the second floor of the Finish Stadium, which is just next door to the Arlberg WellCom. You can view the current programme of events here...

Yoga with the Summer Cards

 

Today's yoga has become modern and, above all, healthy. As a result, it has become a balance between work, family and sport for many people. As part of the St. Anton Summer Cards, we offer our guests yoga lessons with our experienced yoga teachers several times a week.


The focus of gentle Hatha Flow Yoga is enjoyment and the experience of doing something good for yourself. Let yourself be carried away into the world of yoga. Enjoy soothing stretching and light movements that not only improve your physical, but also your mental balance. Whether you want to gain first experience with yoga or whether you already have yoga experience, you are in good hands with this unit.

The Mountain Yoga Festival St. Anton extern is a place where yoga and nature lovers come together to pursue their passion: practicing yoga while enjoying the beauty of nature. The festival is a meeting where people confide in each other, exchange experiences and make new friends.
