Panorama Stanzertal

The Region

Welcome to the region of St. Anton am Arlberg.

St. Anton am Arlberg, along with its neighbouring villages of Pettneu am Arlberg, Schnann, Flirsch, and Strengen is a region with a worldwide reputation.

It has all the ingredients for an unforgettable stay – winter and summer. With a superlative range of winter sports, we even have a gondola lift with a Ferris wheel; the wellness oases of Arlberg WellCom and Wellnesspark Arlberg Stanzertal extern; an excellent hiking area; the multifunctional sports centre arl.park extern with the trampoline hall arl.park; and, of course, the highest standards of excellent customer service in our hotels, restaurants, and shops. Throw in exciting events from sports to film, and other cultural delights, and it’s not hard to see how St Anton earned its reputation as one of the world’s great vacation destinations.

Together with St. Christoph, Stuben, Lech, Zürs, Warth and Schröcken, St. Anton am Arlberg is the largest connected ski area in Austria with more than 300 km of marked ski runs and 200 km of freeride terrain. But the ‘cradle of alpine skiing’ is just as exciting in summer. Hikers, mountain climbers and (e-) mountain bikers can explore a seemingly endless number of tours, and thanks to the wide range of expanding activities on offer in the midst of our unique alpine world, those seeking other relaxation, such as golfers and, above all, children, won’t be disappointed here.
