This long weekend will remain largely under the influence of high pressure. On Saturday, too, the weather will be dominated by mostly unclouded sunshine against a mostly perfectly blue sky. A few harmless high-level clouds will hardly be noticeable; these indicate an influx of warm air at high altitudes. The frost line will rise to around 3,200 meters above sea level, and temperatures in the valleys will reach early-summer levels. On Sunday, as the wind shifts to the southwest, high and mid-level cloud fields will increasingly mix with the sunshine. As a result, the sunshine may be repeatedly and more significantly dampened. In the mountains, a partly strengthening southerly foehn will be noticeable. The new week will continue with this foehn-influenced, changeable, yet persistently very mild southwesterly weather. On Monday, the weather will remain stable, but starting Tuesday, atmospheric conditions will become more unstable, significantly increasing the risk of showers throughout the day.
