A strong high-pressure area will spread across our area throughout the weekend, and it will provide for perfectly nice and rather chilly autumn weather. The weather-determining high will remain unchanged throughout the first half of the upcoming week, however, a southerly foehn wind will increasingly interfere with the weather. The southwesterly current resulting in this weather development will increasingly get under low-pressure influence, the high will move on eastwards. Therefore, early winter-like conditions are maybe expected again towards next weekend.
