At the weekend, it will turn more stable and sunny conditions will prevail again. The current over the Alps will veer to southwest, whereby warm air of subtropical origin will soon push forward to our area from the Mediterranean region. Midsummer will return. Showers or thunderstorms are not expected, and if they did they would be short and locally limited. The conditions will remain unchanged at the beginning of next week. Ahead of a disturbance, which will approach from the west, it will remain sonny and midsummer-like warm while a foehny southerly wind will prevail. Towards Tuesday, the conditions will become more prone to showers. Unfortunately, the weather models cannot predict yet when exactly and if at all large extensive showers will fall.
