In Austria a road tax sticker "Vignette" is obligatory in order to drive on motorways and on the S16.
It can be purchased at the border, at petrol stations and in many "Trafik". There are 3 type of sticker: 10-Days, 2-Months, 1-Year. Some passes may be closed in winter.
