Sport and fun beyond the slopes

in the St. Anton am Arlberg region

Ready for something different?

Whether relaxing in an indoor pool, or on a sled tour with huskies: St. Anton am Arlberg offers an incredibly varied adventure programme – both indoors and outdoors. Regular yoga sessions for beginners and advanced protagonists take place in the Karl Schranz finish stadium. Guests will find large leisure and wellness facilities with a swimming pool, fitness room, saunas and steam bath at Arlberg WellCom extern. A romantic horse-drawn sleigh ride through the snow-covered mountain world also comes highly recommended. Those who prefer a little more action might want to sample the Arlberg Winter Via Ferrata climbing trail. The route starts at an altitude of over 2,600 metres and leads along the rock for 850 metres to the Rossfallscharte. A paragliding flight also promises a somewhat different perspective, when those with a good head for heights can glide down to the valley in tandem betwixt snow-covered peaks.
