Mountain Yoga Festival St. Anton
September 03 to 06, 2026
For many yogis, the annual Mountain Yoga Festival extern in St. Anton am Arlberg has long been a highlight on their yoga calendar. Yoga and nature lovers from all over the world appreciate the combination of honest, high-quality yoga, alpine hospitality, and a generous dose of nature and outdoor experiences during the four festival days.
A typical festival day begins early in the morning with a guided meditation. After breakfast, participants head straight out into nature—on foot or by chairlift—through the impressive mountain landscape, past alpine meadows and through herds of grazing sheep and whistling marmots, to their first yoga sessions or guided yoga hikes in the mountains. The legendary Yoga Lunch at Gampen mountain hut, located at 1,600 meters (4.800 feet) above sea level, serves as a meeting point for all yogis, teachers, and experts.
In the afternoon, the program continues both up on the mountain and down in the valley with workshops and yoga sessions in various styles. As part of the supporting program, yogis and yoginis can choose from Shiatsu, aromatherapy bodywork, chanting, Ayurveda, and more. Highlights for 2026 will include a torchlit hike and a sunrise hike—mountain experiences of a very special kind!
This year, we are once again delighted to welcome an outstanding lineup of international teachers and experts to St. Anton am Arlberg.
