On Saturday, 22 August 2026, the STANTON CULINARY COLLECTIVE (SCC) invites you to a truly special Tavolata high above St. Anton am Arlberg. For one summer’s day, the Galzig will become an exceptional open-air dining venue: a beautifully laid long table set amid the alpine landscape, created for sharing food, raising a glass, enjoying good company and celebrating life’s finest moments.
Taking part are selected members of the STANTON CULINARY COLLECTIVE: Hotel Tannenhof, Verwallstube, Ullrhaus, Hotel Gletscherblick and Ooben im Mooser. Together, their chefs will create a truly special culinary experience.
The culinary concept is vibrant, aromatic and full of surprises. The SCC’s Michelin-starred and Gault&Millau toque-awarded chefs will take guests on a flavourful journey where the Alps meet the Middle East. Fragrant spices, fresh herbs, smoky notes, bright accents and refined combinations come together with the signature style of the region’s top chefs. This is fine dining with a relaxed spirit: generous, sociable and made for sharing – just as a Tavolata should be.
Selected wines, refreshing drinks and live music will set the scene for an unforgettable summer afternoon on the mountain. A day to savour, discover, unwind and celebrate – with people who appreciate outstanding food, inspiring conversations and exceptional settings.

Important information
The Tavolata is an outdoor event and will only take place in good weather. Should the event be unable to go ahead due to adverse weather conditions, all ticket holders will be notified in advance and will receive a full refund.
Please note that no vegetarian menu options will be available at the Tavolata.
Booking & Tickets
Tickets are available via the Experience Shop of the St. Anton am Arlberg Tourism Board and the Hotel Tannenhof booking portal. Tickets are valid only once full payment has been received. Tickets already purchased are non-refundable. Please bring your ticket with you on the day of the event and present it at the Galzigbahn.
