About St. Anton am Arlberg


With 85 cable cars and ski lifts, more than 300 kilometres of marked pistes and 200 kilometres of off-piste terrain, St. Anton am Arlberg in Tyrol ranks among the world’s most prestigious winter sports destinations. In summer, the Austrian holiday region covers an area of 165 square kilometres and offers a wealth of mountain activities as well as sporting and cultural events, all set against a spectacular Alpine backdrop. Food lovers can enjoy everything from award-winning fine dining and Michelin-starred cuisine to traditional mountain huts in this authentic Tyrolean village, which was designated as a “Best Tourism Village” by UN Tourism in 2023. Located at an altitude of 1,304 metres, St. Anton am Arlberg is also home to the world’s highest ICE railway station. Situated just a short distance from the village centre, it provides excellent connections to the European rail network.
