Weather Report

Essentially, we will remain under the influence of high pressure over the coming days. However, a few patches of cloud may pass over us from time to time. These will mostly be harmless; only on Saturday afternoon, as things stand at present, is there a greater risk of showers. On Tuesday, we’ll start the day with bright sunshine and a cloudless sky. As the afternoon progresses, more extensive patches of cloud will appear over the mountains as the north-westerly wind picks up. These are part of a weak weather system that will graze the edge of our region, leaving us with some lingering clouds on Wednesday. These clouds will thin out considerably as the day goes on, making way for more and more sunshine. Thursday and Friday then promise bright sunshine once again against a deep blue sky. A few high cirrus clouds will hardly be a bother. The coming weekend is set to be a mixed bag weather-wise. Saturday will see the influence of a weak weather system as the day progresses, but the sun will return on Sunday.
