Rodel-Alm
The Rodelalm is a popular destination for excursions for hikers and cyclists. Starting from the Arlberg WellCom in St. Anton am Arlberg, the path leads over the “Kunstmeile” and uphill through the Nasserein area. Turn left at the Bach district into the wide “Herrenwaldweg” path and follow it until you see the Rodelalm. Hikers can branch off behind the “Rodelstall” and follow the signs uphill to Sonnenweg. Here it’s worth taking a break at the Schlosskopf chapel. After a culinary experience at the Rodelalm, hikers and cyclists can extend their tour to the Gampenbahn mountain station. Hikers can also take shortcuts and walk through beautiful mountain meadows. Return to St. Anton am Arlberg by walking on the Sonnenweg path in direction of the Moos district. This path offers beautiful views over the Stanzer valley and ends with a descend through the Mühltobel gorge and a great circular hiking trail. Alternatively, you can return to the village by hiking the Arlenweg path.
