Skishow 'The Snow must go on'

every Wednesday until March 11 at 21.00 hrs

Under the title "Schneetreiben - The Snow must go on" the Tourism Association, the Arlberger Bergbahnen Cable Car Co, the Ski School Arlberg, the Ski Akademie St. Christoph and the Ski Club Arlberg are presenting a spectacular ski and snowboard demo show.


In the "Karl-Schranz-Zielstadion", visitors will experience a multi-media time travel show with visual effects through the history of skiing. The topic of the show is the development of skiing and technology over the course of the decades.

The circa 45-minute presentation effortlessly interweaves through historical developments of skiing from its beginnings to the present day using the latest technology. An accompanying film shot by a top-class production team influences the choreography and brings the event to a close.

  • The show takes place on December 30th and every Wednesday from January 7th to March 11th at 21.00 hrs.
  • Venue: "Karl-Schranz-Zielstadion" in St. Anton am Arlberg
  • Show-Lounge incl. food and drinks for a fee (Tickets available at the St. Anton am Arlberg Tourism Association and online in the Experience Shop)
  • Admission to the show is free.



Night busses 'Schneetreiben':


St. Anton am Arlberg offers free night busses to visitors of the event. The arrival and departure times of the buses will be available here at a later date:

Show-Lounge

   

The bookable show lounge in the finish stadium offers a special experience with a delicious 3-course menu buffet before the show and the opportunity to watch the demonstrations from the roof of the finish stadium. Tickets for the Show-Lounge are available until the day of the ski show at 16.00 hrs online in the Experience Shop or in the information office St. Anton am Arlberg (tickets are limited).

Exclusive participation in the torchlight descent

 

Celebrate your passion for winter sports alongside like-minded skiers at the torchlight descent of the grand finale of the ski show "Schneetreiben". Take the opportunity to light up not only the slope with the torch in your hand, but also the hearts of the spectators in the "Karl-Schranz-Zielstadion".

 

How can you participate?

 

  • The first four registrations receive a place in the torchlit descent
  • Registrations will be accepted from Monday 10:00 to Wednesday 12:00 for the upcoming ski show
  • Registration via e-mail to info@stantonamarlberg.com with the subject "Torchlight Descent Ski Show"
  • Good skiing skills and ski equipment are required.
