Fine salmon dish with caviar in St. Anton am Arlberg

Culinary Week presented by STANTON CULINARY COLLECTIVE

March 30 to April 6, 2026

When St. Anton am Arlberg becomes a stage, it’s not only for sporting highs – but for culinary ones too. Culinary Week presented by STANTON CULINARY COLLECTIVE invites food lovers from 30 March to 6 April 2026 to experience a week that showcases what has long been a reality in St. Anton am Arlberg: exceptional cuisine in remarkable variety – approachable, surprising and unforgettable.

At the heart of Culinary Week is the STANTON CULINARY COLLECTIVE – a partnership of St. Anton’s award-winning kitchens: eight chefs, four Michelin stars and 22 Gault&Millau toques. Together, they stand for quality, exchange and culinary experiences that don’t just delight in the moment, but create a lasting impact.

A new chapter of flavour every day

The centrepiece of the week is a series of daily Chef’s Tables, hosted by different establishments. Personal, exclusive and with an immediate connection to the kitchen, these evenings are about far more than than simply dining – they’re about immersion: in each chef’s signature style, outstanding produce, creative ideas and the stories behind every dish. Each night has its own character, yet all are united by one clear thread: St. Anton am Arlberg as a top-tier destination for food lovers.

The grand finale: Kitchen Party. Eight signatures. A Night to Remember.

The highlight arrives on 6 April 2026: the Collective’s grand finale at Hotel Tannenhof – high above the rooftops of St. Anton am Arlberg, framed by an awe-inspiring mountain backdrop. The entire STANTON CULINARY COLLECTIVE will come together for a Kitchen Party, with each course created by a different head chef. Eight fresh perspectives. Eight distinctive personal signatures. Plenty of surprises. One shared ambition: fine dining that moves you – and lingers long after the last bite.

Culinary Week is therefore more than an event. It is an invitation to taste St. Anton am Arlberg anew – nuanced, high-quality, and with the unmistakable sense of being in exactly the right place at exactly the right time.
