Brass Band Concerts
Summer 2026
The Stanzertal region comes alive with traditional brass music, vibrant entertainment, and deep-rooted traditions. Local brass bands perform free concerts, inviting everyone to enjoy a festive atmosphere and the authentic sounds of Tyrolean music.
Here you will find the concert dates and venues:
Concerts by the St. Anton am Arlberg or St. Jakob am Arlberg brass bands
Venue: in front of the Town Hall extern or the Griesplatz extern, in case of bad weather, the concert will be held in the Arlbergsaal extern.
Dates: every Wednesday (from 17.06. to 16.09.2026) at 20.30 hrs
The concert on 01.07. will take place in the Arlbergsaal extern.
Additional concerts:
Dorffest St. Anton on 19.07: brass band St. Anton am Arlberg
Guest concert by the Öflingen brass band on 24.07. (replacing the concert on 22.07.)
Cattle drive St. Anton on 12.09: brass band St. Jakob am Arlberg
Concert by the Pettneu am Arlberg brass band
Dates: every Friday (from 03.07. to 11.09.2026) at 20.30 hrs
Venue: Music pavilion Pettneu am Arlberg extern
There will be no concert on 14.08.2026
Concerts by the Schnann brass band
Dates: every Thursday (from 09.07. to 27.08.2026) at 20.30 hrs
Venue: Music pavillon in Schnann extern
Concerts by the Flirsch brass band
Dates: every Wednesdag (from 10.07. to 14.08.2026)at 20.30 hrs
Venue: Music pavillon Flirsch extern
A additional concert will take place on 21.08. as part of the Kirchtag Festival.
The joy of making music unites people across the valley
Six brass bands are based in the four municipalities of the Stanzertal valley. Although they share a proud tradition, each band has its own distinctive style. They are an indispensable part of cultural life, from church events and other celebrations to summer concerts in the village square.
