5th Mountain Yoga Festival St. Anton: September, 3rd – 6th, 2020

Some might recognise this scenario: Colourful yoga mats are placed in a star-shape, gentle sounds of the Hang fulfil the space and it is time yet again for Namaste in St. Anton am Arlberg.

It is like magic, an incredible moment, a get-together and reunion of both yoga enthusiasts and nature lovers from all over the globe, connected by the same desire: to leave the daily routine behind through various kinds of yoga, matchless nature and an open-minded community. The 5th edition of the Mountain Yoga Festival St. Anton will, as in previous years, adhere to the idea of being an exclusive and committed to quality event.

Festival theme 2020: Power source EARTH

Feeling firm ground under one’s feet, feeling oneself. There is no place like nature, where grounding lets us recharge, find balance and refocus on what really is important in life. The experienced team of yoga instructors, as well as new and known faces from the past 4 years take us back to the yoga essence. The team on-site and the local partner hotels create moments of well-being that are beyond comparison. Health experts point out in several talks the importance of the Ayurvedic diet for feeling grounded and demonstrate how easy it is to follow an Ayurvedic lifestyle.

Limited Festival tickets for € 255,- per person

The MYF St. Anton does not only stand for yoga practice, nature and a unique festival feeling. The MFY St. Anton also stands for a sense of well-being, good food and particularly for hospitality.  The long-standing partner hotels have become a vital part of the festival, giving festival guests the opportunity to purchase a 4-day festival pass for € 255,- per person (regularly € 275,- p.p.) if accommodation is booked in one of the partner hotels.
