After a short term period of variable weather, a longer and settled period of high-pressure weather is expected next week. For the moment, however, a low pressure system located over Scandinavia and a stormy north-westerly wind will bring a cold front to the Alps. A significant decrease in temperature and some snow showers are forecast. Already on Saturday, a high-pressure area will determine this north-westerly current and result in calmer conditions. Until Monday, however, windy conditions are expected at the mountains, few patches of clouds will temporarily cross our regions, although significant weather phenomena are not expected. In addition, the temperatures will become milder from day to day.
