With a Pre-Marathon Party and live music on Friday evening, 20th August 2010, the visitors and participants join in the challenging race. The Arlberg Bike Marathon is a discipline of the legendary and internationally unique mountain triathlon "Der Arlberg Adler" (The Arlberg Eagle). The triathlon consists of a 41-kilometre mountain bike race, a half marathon in July and the cult ski race "Weißer Rausch" (The White Thrill) in April. After the bike marathon, the heroes of the triathlon are duly celebrated on 21st August and the coveted Adler trophy is awarded to those finishing at the front in all three disciplines in 2010.
