A high-altitude low-pressure-system filled with cold air masses will move directly over the Alps to Italy from Sunday through Monday. The clouds will grow thicker once more and the risk for partly heavy rain showers will increase in the course of Sunday and on Sunday night. The snow line will sink near a level of 2000 meters. Starting next week, the conditions will remain changeable with a high risk for showers. There are also chances for some sunny spells, consequently sunny conditions are forecast from time to time. Even longer sunny spells and slightly increasing temperatures are expected around midweek, however, a small risk for rain showers will continue on.
