Between a high-pressure area, located over East Europe, and a low-pressure area, located in front of the Atlantic coast, mild subtropical air masses will continue to inflow to the Alpine regions. Large, high patches of clouds will mark this inflow of warm air masses, though temporary sunny spells are forecast too. Generally, the weather will remain too mild for the season. Throughout the course of next week, the high-pressure area will slowly move eastward, consequently a foehny-changeable southerly current will determine the weather. The conditions will remain mild and new precipitation is forecast on the south side of the Alps.
