A trail running marathon, which brings together two of the most beautiful regions in the Alps - the Silber Valley in Vorarlberg and the Verwall Valley in Tyrol.
No traffic, no lifts at all but simply pure nature and alpine paths are
the natural and most convenient conditions for a trail running
marathon.
After 42,195 kilometres this marathon ends at the finish area at the ARLBERG-well.com in St. Anton am Arlberg. More than 200 long-distance runners, hikers and Nordic walkers are taking part in this 9th Montafon-Arlberg Marathon on Saturday, July 7th, 2012.
