Strengen am Arlberg - 1,029 meters

strengensommer170x170.jpgRight at the entrance to the Stanzer Valley, its immense variety is immediately visible: Strengen will make an impression of a typical ancient Roman settlement, lying on the centuries-old Roman road to the Arlberg. The high altitude farmhouses full of woodwork, the chapels along the Roman road and the Rosanna Bridge from the year 1765 appear like miniature works of art dotting the wide-ranging landscape.
